The Mildura Motorcycle Club is thrilled to announce that the in form speedway rider in the world at the present time Jason Doyle has confirmed his participation in the 2016 GT Onsite Windscreens Phil Crump International Solo Trophy at Olympic Park Speedway on Friday October the 28th.

Doyle is in the form of his life at the present winning the last two World Championship Speedway Grand Prix rounds in Germany and Poland adding to his first victory in Prague earlier in the year.

The Hunter Valley Hurricane is currently leading the Speedway Grand Prix standings and is five points ahead of American Legend Greg Hancock.  So there is a very strong chance Doyle could be  crowned World Speedway Champion in Melbourne the week before the Phil Crump event.

It is a huge coup for the Mildura Motorycle Club and everyone involved behind the scenes cant wait to see Jason Doyle taking on the greatest Australian Speedway rider of all time Jason Crump in a night not to be missed.

Doyle added “Five years ago, if someone said I’d be second in the world, I would have laughed it off. Becoming world champion is going to be a difficult task, but I’ve had a lot of good people around me and Í’m really enjoying my speedway at the moment.

Mildura Motorcycle Club President Micheal Pain added ” the club is over the moon that Jason has agreed to ride, he is right on top of his game at the moment. How good will it be to see Jason Doyle taking on three times World Speedway Champion Jason Crump, Justin Sedgmen and Cameron Woodward its going to be huge”.
